I don't have behind the scenes videos but I did have pictures taken of me taking pictures and filling in the rushes sheet.
Production Photos
To ensure the safety of the crew on location, I did a recce of the locations a week before shooting. There were few risks at the locations and there were few risks on the journey between locations. I included risks for the journey because the crew would be walking between places and there could be risks involved such as tripping over and injuring themselves and breaking the equipment. There was also the risk of being mugged in the streets which was outlined in the risk assessment. I have made sure that the genre of the poster and leaflet are the same as what I outlined in the proposal, that they promote Cambridge to tourists and students. I have done this by highlighting places tourists may like to visit such as the Fitzwilliam Museum and the Cambridge University Library and I have highlighted places that students may like to study and have fun such as King's College and the Grand Arcade. I have also made sure that the information (especially in the leaflet) promotes Cambridge as such I have only included positive points and I have manipulated the photos to make the environment look more appealing.

M3: Create promotional material that follows the codes and conventions of the chosen genre for the media product
Codes and Conventions of the Poster
Image: The image needs to be picked carefully as needs to be relevant to what I’m promoting but also needs to catch the eye of the reader. For my poster, I will have a still of lots of different buildings, relevant to Cambridge, but with people in them to show that they are popular and people like to go there.
Title: The title needs to be clear and bold as this will be one of the first things that people see on your poster. It needs to be able to describe a lot about what your promoting in a few amount of words as some people will only have a small glance at it and if they see a bold word, they will have a closer look at it as it will have caught their attention. I will have the word ‘Cambridge’ in bold yellow letters with a black outline to make it stand out and get to the point of what I’m trying to promote. It will make people want to look more into the poster.
Text: The text is quite important as it will be the next thing the person sees after the title and possibly the picture. The text will give people a brief idea about the culture of Cambridge and it will make people want to know more. I intend to have quotes from the public about Cambridge’s education and leisure (Pubs and Greens) culture. I will also have a tagline underneath the title to further promote Cambridge.
Codes and Conventions of the Leaflet
Title: The title needs to be bold and striking like the poster as to attract attention to it. It needs to tell people what to expect inside for example: my leaflet will have simply the word “Cambridge” on it. That will tell the reader that the leaflet will be about Cambridge and they may want to read on.
Images: This needs to be striking and relevant to what is inside the leaflet. It also needs to be visually attractive to grab people’s attention and want to read on and find out more. For my leaflet, I will have a wide shot of King’s College. I will hope to have it with the sun shining on it as to make it brighter and show off all the detail in the structure and to have people walking on the street next to it as to show that Cambridge is a popular place. Inside, I will have shots of The Grafton Center with all the shops and people walking around them and the Fitzwilliam Museum to show Cambridge’s art side. I may also have pictures of local pubs and greens such as Parker’s Peace to show that Cambridge is also a nice relaxing place to socialise. There may also be a map on the back to help people get around the city. There will also be pictures on each page that are relevant to the information on that page for example: there will be a picture of the Fitzwilliam Museum on the page when it comes to talk about it. It will help people familiarise themselves with the structures.
Text: The paragraphs won’t be too big as to not strain people’s attention when reading it. It will also make it easier to read. It will also need to have a lot of information in it and will need to have simple so to make it easy to understand. The information also needs to focus on the positive like, Cambridge is a nice relaxing place. If it were to include bad points it could put people off coming here.
